私たちparadiseは、Elle Hong Kong 2023年8月号のファッションシュートをプロデュースしました。本プロジェクトでは、アートディレクターにYOSHIROTTEN氏、モデルにタイの国民的女優でありグローバルな人気を誇るKitty Chichaさん、そしてフォトグラファーとして世界的に評価の高い水谷太郎氏を迎え、3者の圧倒的なクリエイティブを束ねる形で、構想から撮影・納品までを一貫してマネジメントいたしました。

We at paradise produced the fashion shoot for the August 2023 issue of ELLE Hong Kong. For this project, we brought together the exceptional creative talents of three individuals: art director YOSHIROTTEN, internationally beloved Thai actress Kitty Chicha, and globally acclaimed photographer Taro Mizutani. We managed the entire process—from concept development to shooting and final delivery—bringing together the creativity of all three collaborators.

グーローバルな制作体制

プロジェクトは、Elle香港編集部から寄せられた、ストーリーテリングを起点に始動。paradiseは、限られたスケジュールと国を跨ぐ制作体制の中で、各クリエイターの持ち味を最大限に活かすプロダクション設計を行いました。YOSHIROTTEN氏によるアートディレクションは、グラフィックと空間、色彩のバランスにおいて圧倒的な個性を放ち、Kittyさんの内に秘めた繊細さと大胆さを引き出すビジュアル世界を構築。衣装はsacaiやSaint Laurentなどのルックを起用し、ファッションそのもののメッセージ性を強く打ち出すスタイリングが実現しました。

A Global Production System

The project began with a storytelling concept proposed by the ELLE Hong Kong editorial team. Despite a tight schedule and cross-border production, paradise designed a framework that highlighted each creative’s unique strengths. YOSHIROTTEN’s art direction struck a distinctive balance of graphics, space, and color, creating a visual world that captured both Kitty’s delicacy and boldness. Costume styling featured looks from sacai and Saint Laurent, making a bold visual statement that emphasized fashion as a form of expression.

撮影は都内某所のスタジオにて行われ、水谷太郎氏の卓越した観察力とディレクションにより、静謐でありながら力強さを兼ね備えた写真が次々と生み出されました。光と影のコントロール、モデルとのコミュニケーション、シャッターを切るタイミングすべてにおいて、その場の空気を一つの作品へと昇華するような濃密な現場となりました。

The shoot took place at a studio in Tokyo, where Taro Mizutani’s keen eye and direction produced a series of photographs blending tranquility and strength. His mastery of light and shadow, intuitive timing, and connection with the model transformed the shoot into a singular, immersive creative experience.

paradiseは本プロジェクトにおいて、スケジュール・ロケーションの調整から、各国との契約交渉、ビジュアルの意図を保ったままの編集・納品管理に至るまでを一手に担い、国際的なクリエイティブチームの架け橋として機能しました。多様な文化背景を持つメンバーが関わる中で、相互の表現を尊重しながらも、明確なアウトプットの方向性を維持するために、細やかな配慮と判断が求められました。この撮影は単なる一過性のコラボレーションではなく、「多国籍かつ多様なバックグラウンドを持つクリエイターたちが共鳴し合うことで、新たなファッションビジュアルの可能性が生まれる」ということを証明するプロジェクトとなりました。paradiseは、カルチャーやビジュアルコミュニケーションの文脈を深く理解し、アートとファッションの境界を越えるようなクリエイティブをプロデュースすることを今後も追求していきます。

For this project, paradise handled everything from scheduling and location coordination to international contract negotiations, editing, and final delivery—all while staying true to the creative vision. As a bridge between global creatives, we ensured smooth communication and clear results, while respecting each person's cultural background and artistic style.

This wasn’t just a one-time collaboration—it showed that when creators from different countries and cultures connect, new possibilities in fashion can emerge. At paradise, we’ll continue to create work that goes beyond the boundaries of art and fashion, grounded in a deep understanding of culture and visual storytelling.
