Planning and Managing the closing party for City Club of Tokyo’s final night in Ginza

As the members-only club City Club of Tokyo prepared to relocate, paradise planned and managed the closing party held at the old Ginza 6-chome location. This space held deep memories for many members, and the event was designed not just as a farewell, but as an emotional celebration honoring the club’s history while inspiring hope for the future. From spatial design and background music to the dining experience and performance program, everything was carefully crafted as a one-of-a-kind ceremony for this one special night. With a warm, lingering atmosphere, the event marked the end of an era in Ginza—embodying the club’s refined aesthetics and timeless elegance.

Emotional Design and Spatial Direction Connecting Members’ Memories

The concept of this party was to reconstruct the stories woven in this space through memory and emotion. paradise aimed to create an emotional space that went beyond a typical party setup—making the relationship between people and place visible and felt. From the entrance to the moment of the last drink, we designed a storyline that would deeply move guests. The experience included installations inspired by past event photos and members’ voices, as well as decorations using iconic club items. By blending time and memory, we thoughtfully created a final night that was meaningful to each member.

Comprehensive Support from Brand Launch to Naming and Visual Identity Supervision

paradise has been involved not only with this event but also with the complete branding of City Club of Tokyo. From the club’s launch, we helped name the facility, design space identities, create application designs, and craft the brand statement—shaping and overseeing the entire brand foundation. In particular, to express the club’s connection to the city and its concept of modern luxury, we focused on maintaining high creative standards and consistency across visual design, tone & manner, and copywriting. This project was a thorough commitment to precision and unity in every creative aspect.
